about

There are years where nothing happens, and then there is the year where a decade of work finally shows itself. For Freddie Crittenden, that was back in 2022 when he broke out from running in the mid-13s to showing the world what he was capable of as he ran 13.00 to win the NACAC Championships. Fast forward to today and he’s an Olympic and World Championships finalist with a 110 hurdles personal best of 12.93. A testament to staying the course and committing to the process, the veteran is only entering his prime.
